XF510m: a single marking machine for all types of materials

Technifor can offer an electromagnetic micropercussion marking solution for use on all materials. The micro-impacts produced on the material surface using a carbide tipped stylus create a lasting mark, without creating stress or chippings. This new machine is the result of the process to optimise the Technifor range, adding a powerful electromagnet combined with an optimal guide system to produce marking of remarkable precision and quality.

XF530m: portable deep marking system

This solution can be used to produce permanent marking at an unrivalled depth. All that is required for operation is a standard electrical supply (between 90 and 230 V). Remarkably quiet in operation, this equipment is notable for its flexibility and ease of use. Whether being used on tubes or a flat surface, all that is needed is to position it on the part, without the need for any other clamping or positioning tools. It is designed for use on pipes of all kinds (oil , mining, gas), lifting equipment (pallet trucks, forklift trucks), works vehicles, boatbuilding, or structural steelwork.

XF500Zm

XF500Zm is a marking solution with column mounted micro-percussion system incorporating a motorized axis and a touch sensor in the marking zone. It stands out through its simplicity of use, the accuracy of marking due to the excellent quality and fine control of its M1Cz stylus and by its motorized Z-axis, which enables it to automatically seek the surface to be marked. Ideal for single or small series marking, it offers numerous applications: traceability of batches of parts in a mechanical workshop, Data Matrix™ code marking for aeronautic sub-contracting, trade-in stations in the automobile industry, etc…

MR7000 – Marking and reading solution

The MR7000 is a complete solution for micro percussion marking, Data Matrix™ codes as well as reading Data Matrix™ codes. It provides high-precision marking complying with standards in affect in the aerospace, defence, automotive and other industries.

TF410: The Cost Effective Laser Marking System

The new Technifor TF410, 10watt laser marker is a powerful yet economical alternative to the proven TF420 design. Utilizing cutting edge “Fiber Laser” technology, the TF410 is packaged in a small footprint but performs well in a variety of environments. XF510Sp and XF510Dp

With marking fields of 100 x 80 mm and 200 x 80 mm respectively, the XF510Sp and XF510Dp models further enrich the Technifor range of pneumatic micro-percussion marking machines. They are the fastest in the world in their category, and they can mark up to 10 characters per second, twice as many as the previous generations. They are compact and they feature multiple communications interfaces, which makes them even easier to integrate.
