EDF (Electricité de France), Toyota and the Strasbourg area council have selected PcVue SCADA software, developed by ARC Informatique, for a joint three-year project titled Kléber. This is a full-scale experiment with a fleet of 70 rechargeable hybrid vehicles (RHV) and 145 charging stations throughout the Strasbourg urban area. Value for money, short lead times and industrial know-how all played a crucial role in the selection process.
The new PcVue 10.0 tools, Application Architect and Application Explorer, can save up to 50% in development time over the application’s complete life-cycle. From the design phase right through to testing, from maintenance to re-engineering, they are aimed at all users, from applications developer to occasional user.
This trend-setting building comprises a clinic for physiotherapy and medical muscle-building plus the offices of the builder, Steffen Holzbau. All of the efficiency systems are monitored from a PcVue 9.0 BMS system with remote WebVue access linked to BACnet controllers and communication.
Iberdrola Renewables, the second-largest energy provider in North America has chosen PC VUE SCADA system to monitor it’s US wind farms, producing 3,600 megawatts of wind power over 35 independent power plants. Each of the 2479 wind turbine supplies about 300 to 350 data points, which equates to approximately 700,000 to 850,000 I/O data points on nearly two dozen servers.
The SECHE Group and its subsidiary TREDI have chosen ARC Informatique’s PcVue to set the future standard for its plants, including household and industrial waste incineration plants, and biogas power plants. Since its first deployment in 2005, it can now be found in 16 plants and workshops, representing more than 500,000 variables being processed, applied and logged by PcVue.
Systems integrator ETDE has chosen PcVue 9.0 from ARC Informatique to monitor the electricity distribution and air conditioning systems for the entire range of installations at TelecityGroup’s new Data Centre in the Paris region. The software’s openness and the simple hierarchy used for the communication architecture were determining factors in this choice. PcVue can, as part of its functions, generate reports on the electricity consumption by each of the servers operated by TelecityGroup’s customers.
The new version of the PcVue software edited by ARC Informatique puts the accent on opening up links to new protocols, such as integration of OPC KEPWARE servers and Smart Generator Step7®. Version 9.0 features major innovations that help to cut deployment and operating costs even further for process monitoring projects and utilities.
The new version of the PcVue software edited by ARC Informatique puts the accent on opening up links to new protocols, such as integration of SOFREL remote management equipment and Siemens Smart Generator Step7®. Version 9.0 features major innovations that help to cut deployment and operating costs even further for monitoring water treatment and distribution processes and projects.
The new version of the PcVue software edited by ARC Informatique puts the accent on opening up links to new protocols, such as integration of BACnet (HVAC management) or WAGO-DALI Smart Generator (lighting source management), and on further advances in ergonomics. Version 9.0 features major innovations that help to cut building energy consumption levels even further, and reduce deployment and operating costs for monitoring projects.
Inaugurated at the end of 2008 at CERN, the LHC is the largest particle accelerator in the world with a circumference of nearly 27 kilometres. To monitor and control its ventilation systems and the 200 associated programmable controllers, CERN has chosen the PcVue supervision software developed by ARC Informatique and installed on-site by Assystem France. PcVue is perfectly suited to the dimensions of this type of application, while offering competitive installation and operating costs.
